What a beautiful Febuary day. We played out in the back yard, kicked the soccer ball and he used the big bubble wand. Yeah for weather in the 70's today.

My beautiful boy dressed and ready to go to dinner for Grammy's birthday. Too bad he fell asleep on the way to their house and then on the way to restaraunt. Happy Birthday Grammy!

Saturday, Feb. 23

The "Red Team" ~ The kids are having so much fun PLAYING basketball. They are all learning that what to do when you get to the other end of the court, not to run holding hands, which basket to shoot at and how to dribble. So cute. What a fun first experience with organized sports.

I'm back and exploring the beach

Friday, Feb. 22

There was a break in the rain today and I am still in search of a great beach location for photo shoots. So off we went to explore parts of La Jolla. First we stopped at La Jolla Shores. Great beach, easy parking and lot's of room to run.

Then we headed to La Jolla Cove. Tons of great locations for pictures. Great rocks, coves, and park settings for pictures. We had fun tide-pooling while we were down here also.

Thursday, Feb 21

It has taken me a long while to get over this COLD/FLU. I am feeling much better.

I am ready to get the camera out again. I did take a few pictures during the past 2+ weeks of being sick, but am just going forward from here.

Today we went to my friends house and her back wall has a BIG selection of these old trucks. LOVE IT.

Who is tired of being sick?

Well I certainly am ready to be well. I have been sick now for almost 2 weeks. It is a strange feeling, as a mom to be this tired and sick. It is hard, but you still have to get up and take care of my child and my husband and my family and home. I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I will be ready tomorrow to post a few of the pictures that I have taken this past week and then get rolling again.
